Athlete's Blend Bath Salts

I tend to be skeptical about these things, but my experience was awesome.

After playing Saturday, that night's bath was fantastic. I often try and do some meditation/reflecting at the end of the day, but struggle with relaxing and clearing my mind. Not sure if it was the aroma or what, but I was instantly relaxed. I usually don't get sore from playing until the next day, so the main thing I noticed about Saturday night was the relaxation and the smooth skin that the bath provided.

When I woke up on Sunday, I honestly forgot I had taken the salt bath, so when I climbed out of bed, I expected to be super sore, but I wasn't. That feeling transitioned to the field when warming up on Sunday. It took much less time to get loosened up. I was able to power through both games on Sunday and I felt great physically.    

Come Monday morning, I was still feeling great! A four-game weekend usually takes a huge toll on me, but I'm noticeably less sore.
